I try to ship all packages within 3 days of receiving your order (Mon-Fri) - with the exception of custom orders and items marked as "made to order", which may take a little longer.  In the case of orders placed during times that I am unavailable, packages will be shipped within 3 days after my return.

Please be reminded, as set out in Terms & Conditions - Delivery, Royal Mail covers standard compensation up to a maximum of GBP £50.00 only for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.   If you require your package to be covered for its full value, please contact me within 24 hours so this can be arranged before your order is shipped.

As shown in Shipping - Europe, please be reminded that VAT, duties, or fees may be charged for delivery in your country.
