I am not a nutritionist or a dietician, but I do know a little about healthy eating and how food affects our bodies when we consume unnecessary chemicals, additives, sugars etc.
Healing starts from the inside out. It's all very well to meditate and/or wear gemstones for healing, but it is really important to eat foods that help our bodies function properly. When we do this, we maintain a good healthy balance, for our minds, bodies and spirits.
I want to share some of my own tried and tested recipes that will hopefully get you inspired, like the healthy snacks shown in the photos above. Yes, they are healthy, nutritious and delicious!

Just like with the the food we eat, our bodies also absorb harmful chemicals and poisons, simply from the products we put on our skin. Healing ourselves from all angles is so important.
There are ways we can avoid these toxins and that is to make our own body and skin care products with simple ingredients that we probably already have at home. They aren't difficult to make and to be honest, you'll love the difference it makes in how you feel and how you look.
I will share some of my own tried and tested tips that will hopefully get you inspired enough to start making your own.
