Reiki Attunements
All Reiki Attunements through Charms Of Light are given by Caryl Haxworth, Reiki Master/Teacher, and are offered as remote, long distance courses. Distant attunements are just as effective as in-person attunements. For information on learning Reiki with Caryl in-person, please see Workshops, or you can contact Caryl for a private lesson. In all cases, you will have Caryl's full on-going support and guidance.
Caryl is now also offering her own Self Love & Forgiveness Healing Attunement to all her Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki students at no cost.
Usui Reiki
The Usui Reiki method of natural healing was founded by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan in the late 1800's. It is probably best known as the "original", or traditional style of Reiki healing, and includes hand positions and symbols as part of the healing practice.
The three levels of Usui Reiki can be reviewed as LIGHT, LOVE and POWER.

Kundalini Reiki
Kundalini Reiki was developed by Ole Gabrielsen. It is a user-friendly, simple and strong Reiki modality. It differs from other Reiki methods in that there are no symbols or hand positions to remember.
All who are interested in learning Kundalini Reiki must begin with Kundalini Reiki 1, even though you may have attunements from other systems.
