Usui Reiki
The Usui Reiki method of natural healing was founded by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan in the late 1800's. It is probably best known as the "original", or traditional style of Reiki healing, and includes hand positions and symbols as part of the healing practice.
The three levels of Usui Reiki can be reviewed as LIGHT, LOVE and POWER.

Usui Reiki 1 - Basic Course
The Usui Reiki 1 attunement is focused on mainly opening the physical body so that it can then accept (channel) greater quantities of life force energy. There may also be a tendency to open up visionary qualities, helping you to know your soul's true thoughts and purpose.
The attunement will raise the vibratory rate of the four energy centres of the upper part of the body, which are also known as chakras. The initiation attunes both the heart and the thymus while also attuning the heart on the etheric level. It also affects the thyroid gland and on an etheric level helps to open up the throat chakra, which is our communication centre.
The attunement also affects the third eye, which corresponds to the pituitary gland (our centre of higher consciousness and intuition) and the hypothalamus, which affects the body's mood and temperature. The crown chakra is opened, connecting you with your spiritual consciousness and its corresponding partner, the pineal gland.

The Usui Reiki 2 attunement tends to open up the heart, helping you to feel more love and warmth, joy and contentment, and more ability to give to yourself and others.
The Usui Reiki 2 course consists of information on three Reiki symbols and how to use them. These symbols allow you the key to be able to move through space, distance and time. You will learn distance healing, space clearing, planetary healing, karmic clearing and connecting with your spiritual guides. It includes:

Usui Reiki 3 - Master Course
The Usui Reiki 3 - Master attunement tends to open up the ability to manifest spiritual vision and love in a practical, active way in the world. It is the energy of power and action.
The Usui Reiki 3 course consists of information on two additional Reiki symbols and how to use them. One of these is the master symbol that is used for healing, spiritual work and to transmit the Reiki attunement from the teacher to the student. You will learn about the violet breath, Reiki training, how to give an attunement, Reiki meditation. It includes:

"Hi Caryl
I feel so good!! ♥ I am writing this now so I can describe it well. I finished around 10 minutes ago, The moment I started to receive, I felt the most awesome tingling sensation in my palms, they really tickled!. I saw a few things, very cool. I saw a red tunnel made out of tiny little orbs, alsmost microscopic looking. I called in the attunement and with my eyes closed sensed two guides one male and one female. I saw a male Angel with long brown hair which seems to have gone back to you after my attunement? He must be a guide of yours. I was aware of another 'being' to my right who was (looked) female and felt the energy above me. I intended for me to be open to the energy and felt a rush and still feel it. I then felt like I was laying in the sun on the grass, which was strange but also very cool. I felt like I was outside. Then The tingling settled down and my hands started to throb, my fingers were pulsating and I felt as if my energy was aligning..... it made me feel like my body was shifting side to side until it eventually straightened (spiritually speaking) (my spiritual body). And then it settled down and I just relaxed, very peaceful. Now I feel a bit hyperactive and giggly so may have to ground myself but it's good. I'm laughing and don't know what's funny (lol) better than crying though...and all natural! :)
I felt an urge to feel the space above me during it and could feel energy above me, was great. I don't know why but when I receive attunements from you I see animals!. Last time was a crocodile and this time I saw a Panda. Very cool indeed, thank you Caryl :)
