Your privacy is very important to me. I do not store financial details of my customers. Other personal details, such as name, address, phone, email are only used for the sole purpose of processing your order or enquiry. Any information sent to me is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with any third party.

Your name and email address will be automatically subscribed to the Charms Of Light Newsletter once you have made a purchase. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time.

Purchasing Policy

Commissions/Custom/Bespoke Orders: Price quotes on commissions remain valid for 7 days from the quote being given. A non-refundable deposit (amount to be specified at the time of the quote), or full payment, will be required within this time. After 7 days, I may have used up the supplies needed for your order and will have to obtain new stock. If the prices have risen, this will mean that a new quote will have to be issued. Once an order has been created to the customers' satisfaction, the remainder of the deposit must be made within 7 days or the item may be added to the website for sale to the public.

All Jewellery & Art Orders: As noted in Purchasing & Shipping Information, Charms Of Light will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your goods in the post, so please choose your shipping options carefully. In the case of any fully insured package being damaged or lost in the post, Charms Of Light will make a claim of compensation from Royal Mail. Once the loss or damage has been confirmed by Royal Mail, and not before this time, a reimbursement of your costs will be made. I appreciate your understanding.

Payments made via PayPal: Please be advised that when choosing PayPal Express to pay for your order, the correct shipping location must first be chosen. If it is incorrect, you will be charged an extra fee for the correct shipping costs.

Prices: Product prices are updated from time to time to reflect the cost of raw materials. If you have bookmarked a page for later use, please refresh before placing your order to ensure payment of the current price. In the case of orders being placed from out-of-date pages, Charms of Light reserves the right to invoice or refund the customer for the difference.

Subscription to Newsletter: Once a purchase has been made, your email address will be subscribed to the Charms Of Light newsletter. Only the name and email address that were given with your order will be used on this list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Charms Of Light, I try to ensure that the quality of all my jewellery is of the highest standard. I take great pride in personally handcrafting my designs into beautiful pieces that will not only look good when worn, but also help you to feel good at the same time. As with all semi precious gemstones, there will be slight variations in all the beads used. When choosing your jewellery, please take note of the measurements given with the description of each piece. If you require a different size, please contact me with your request, before placing your order. There will be a small charge for alterations on all wrongly sized purchases.

I would hope that you will always be absolutely delighted with any purchase made from Charms Of Light. If for some reason, you are not 100% happy with your items, you may return the jewellery to Charms Of Light within 10 days of receipt. * The items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, in the original packaging.

I am happy to offer an exchange, or refund (less the cost of P&P), within this time frame.

This excludes commissions made to your specifications. Please note that pierced earrings also cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Returns must be sent by next day Special Delivery service and insured for their full cost. Charms Of Light takes no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.

All items are quality guaranteed for a period of 3 months from date of purchase. I believe that this is a reasonable amount of time of regular wear to discover any faults in the workmanship. If repairs are required within this time they will be made without any added cost, except in the case of design changes. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. After this period a fee for repairs or alterations will be charged to cover materials, time and return postage.

All measurements given are intended as an approximate indication for the size of the product.
