Reiki healing treatments may be perceived or felt in a variety of ways such as: heat, tingling, a chill, pulsating or vibration. The experience is different for everyone. Some people prefer treatments in person, however Reiki treatments are equally effective via distance. Simply choose which option best suits you from the following:
A single Reiki distant healing treatment consists of one only Reiki distance healing session, which will be sent to you at a specific time and day. You can let me know if there is anything specific you want the healing for, or you can just use the treatment as a de-stress and rejuvinating session. For the treatment, you can choose to lie down or be in a comfortable place, put on some soothing music, light a candle or an incense stick - whatever you feel most happy doing. Ideally, you should have your eyes closed and be somewhere you will not be disturbed for the hour.
Reiki distant healing will work even if you are not in the position to stop and take time out for it, although you will benefit from Reiki the most when you are relaxed and not disturbed.

The one month (4 sessions) Reiki distant healing package consists of 4 separate Reiki distant healing sessions over the course of 1 month. I try to space it out with 1 treatment each week.
It is ideal for people who have benefitted from Reiki already and want a few more treatments or, for those who like regular sessions - like going to the gym! This 4 session, 1 month package is a great relaxation, cleansing and healing treatment. It is excellent for clearing out unneeded energy and increasing energy flow and holistic health. It will remove toxins from your body, make you feel lighter and more positive.

A single Reiki healing treatment consists of one only Reiki session, which will be given in my healing room. You remain fully clothed, only your shoes need be removed.
