Using the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page, click on the category and then when the bar slides down, choose which product you would like to see more of. When on the product page, simply click on the picture thumbnail of the item you are most interested in for more detailed information.

What metals are used in Charms Of Light jewellery?
The jewellery at Charms Of Light is made with sterling silver (925), 9ct gold or 14k rolled gold. In some very rare cases, I have used Tibetan silver, which is a silver alloy made up of silver, copper and zinc. In all cases, the type of metal used will be stated in the information section for each piece of jewellery.
What currency are all prices listed at?
All prices are shown in GBP £. Payment, is accepted in GBP £ only. For overseas customers, the current exchange rate will be calculated at the time of your purchase and shown with your payment details. You can also use the available International Money Converter.
How do I pay for my order?
All payments are accepted in GBP £ only.
All Customers: There are two options to choose from when making your payment.
- You can make your payment by credit or debit card. I use an SSL Certificate which enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions. You can be confident that all information given is safe and secure.
- You can make your payment through PayPal Express. For PayPal account holders, this is a fast and secure way to make your payment by either credit card or directly from your PayPal account.
UK Customers: If you live in the UK, you can also choose to pay by cheque or postal order in GBP £ only (details will be sent on completion of your order). Please note that cheques will need to be cleared before dispatch of your order which may take up to 7 days.
Overseas Customers: The current exchange rate will be calculated at the time of your purchase and shown with your payment details. You can also use the available International Money Converter.
Is it safe to purchase online with my credit card?
Yes. I use an SSL Certificate which enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions. You can be confident that all information given is safe and secure.
How much will shipping and handling (P&P) cost me?
Shipping and handling (P&P) charges include a gift box or bag for each item. A description of the healing properties of each gemstone is also included. All purchases are posted in a padded envelope for extra protection.

How long will it take for my order to be despatched?
I endeavour to post all healing jewellery and healing art items within 3 days (usually sooner) of receiving confirmed payment (Monday to Friday), with the exception of custom orders, which may take longer. Cheque payments will need to be cleared before orders are despatched which may take up to 7 days.
Can I have my purchase(s) sent to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. Simply complete your preferred shipping details during checkout.
How do I make a purchase?
Simply click on the "Add to basket" or "Purchase" buttons to add your choices to the shopping basket. You can view your shopping basket at any time. When you have completed your shopping, click on the "Checkout" button. You can then choose your shipping and payment options. Payment is accepted by PayPal, credit card, cheque (UK customers only) or postal order (GBP only).
To purchase a Charms Of Light Gift Certificate, simply fill in the amount you wish to spend and the name of the person the certificate is for, then click on the "Add to Basket" button.
Can I purchase more than one of any particular item?
All the jewellery at Charms of Light has been individually handcrafted. Owing to the natural variations in all gemstones, each piece is unique—one of its kind, in colour, shape and design. Please see below for more of an explanation:
♥ Pendants ~ Each pendant set in sterling silver is strictly a "one-of-a-kind" piece. In other words, the photo you see will be of the exact piece of jewellery you will receive. If you see something you like, purchase it today—there will never be another exactly like it again!
♥ Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings ~ I sometimes create more than one of these items. In these cases, you may receive a different piece than the one shown in the photo. Where there is only one available, this will be mentioned in the item description.
♥ Healing Art Gift Cards are available as single cards, or packs of 5 and packs of 10.
You can order more than one of any jewellery design. However, as with all gemstones, there will be slight variations in colour and patterning. If you require more than one of any particular piece of jewellery, please contact me before placing your order.
Can I purchase more than one item?
You can purchase as many different items as you like.
Can I place a wholesale order?
No. I do not mass produce any of the pieces available at Charms Of Light. Sometimes there may be more than one piece available but unfortunately, not in wholesale order amounts.
Can I request a piece of jewellery in my own choice of or gemstone?
Yes, of course. If you see a particular style you like and would like it in a different gemstone, just let me know. I would be happy to make it up for you, as long as your choice of gemstone is still available.
Do you create Custom made/Bespoke items?
Yes, I am happy to custom design something especially for you. A small non-refundable deposit may be required on some custom orders.
Please note: Price quotes on commissions/custom orders must be accepted & paid for within 7 days of the quote being given. After this time, a new quote will be issued. Once a commission has been created to the customers' satisfaction, full payment must be made within 7 working days or the item may be added to the website for sale to the public.
Do gift certificates come in set amounts?
No, you can purchase a Charms Of Light Gift Certificate in an amount of your choosing. (Gift certificates are made available in GBP and are not redeemable for cash).
How can I find a gemstone with the “right” properties for me?

Why do some gemstones looked chipped or blemished?
All gemstones are natural occuring rock forms. The appearance of the odd small blemish or small flaw within them are all part of their natural beauty. Each gemstone type has its own particular hardness. Sometimes, the process of tumbling, polishing and cutting the gemstones doesn't always cover up these natural blemishes. They are perfectly normal and not damaged in any way, and have retained their natural healing energy.
Are my personal details kept private?
Your privacy is very important to me. Your name will never be shared with any third party and any information you send me will be kept strictly confidential.
Will wearing gemstones cure my health?
It is important to remember that healing is not the same as curing. Healing is helping the body, or mind, to become stronger and consequently better. Always see your doctor if you have nagging health problems or serious injuries—healing with gemstones, Reiki and Distant Healing complements, but is not meant as a substitute for medical, or psychological, diagnosis and treatment when needed. Yes, your name and email address will automatically be added to the Customer Mailing List when you have made a purchase.
